Dušan is a financial and management consulting expert with 8 years of experience gained mostly within Big 4 companies (EY and KPMG). During his career within Big 4 companies, he had a chance to work on various significant engagements with clients from wide span of industries. His previous experience refers mostly to the following services:
- Management consulting: process design and improvement, project management, risk management;
- Financial consulting: financial modelling, financial reporting, financial due diligence, financial audit;
- Risk consulting (mostly FS): credit risk management, regulatory advisory, IFRS 9 advisory and audit;
- Economic advisory: economic impact assessments, market research and various benchmark studies.
In terms of client industries, he has been working with significant clients coming from: financial sector (banks, investment funds, leasing companies), mining, energy sector, pharmacy, retail, aviation, industrial manufacturing, telecommunication and more. Those clients were mostly located in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also including engagements with international clients (from Netherlands and Cyprus). Most of the local clients were also members of globally recognized company groups with great reputation worldwide.
Dušan retired from corporate career at Manager level position and as of early July 2022 he incorporated Eagle Consulting. Since then, our company has delivered many successful projects referring to various types of advisory services including: risk framework design, business processes improvement, financial planning, business planning, project management support, price benchmark & forecast studies and more. So far, our most significant clients are coming mostly from Banking, IT, Construction, Transportation and Public sector.
